Handmade Nature

All pieces are handmade and individually finished. Variations in shape, size, glaze, texture and colour are part of the character of handmade ceramics and should not be considered faults.

Product images are provided as accurately as possible, however colours and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Product Use & Care

Unless otherwise stated, David Briggs Ceramics pieces are decorative and are not dishwasher safe, microwave safe or oven safe.

Care instructions should be followed carefully to preserve the longevity of each piece.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

As many pieces are one-off or small-batch handmade items, availability may change without notice.

David Briggs Ceramics reserves the right to update pricing, product details or discontinue products at any time.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, designs and product imagery remain the property of David Briggs Ceramics and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

David Briggs Ceramics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

While every effort is made to package items carefully, ceramic products remain fragile by nature.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Nothing within these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
