Due to the handmade and limited nature of our work, David Briggs Ceramics does not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a genuine fault, please contact david.briggs.pottery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Each case will be assessed individually.

Handmade Variations

Small variations in glaze, texture, colour, finish and dimensions are a natural part of handmade ceramics and are not considered faults.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
