David Briggs Ceramics currently ships within New Zealand only.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

During busy periods, launches or exhibitions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and shipping provider.

Packaging

All items are packaged carefully to help protect fragile ceramic pieces during transit.

Despite every effort to package orders securely, ceramics are inherently delicate and occasional damage during shipping may occur.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact david.briggs.pottery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging

Damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate.
